We love creating custom apparel and more here at A to Z Creations and strive to give you the best product that you will love. We do accept returns with a few exceptions and restrictions.
*Due to being customized, custom items are not accepted for returns.
*No returns on worn or used items
*All Returns/Exchanges must be received back within 7 days of receiving your order for store credit, NO REFUNDS.
*Buyer is responsible for return shipping
*Our Inventory is changing daily so if we do not have your item in stock in a different size we will only offer Store Credit, NO REFUNDS.
*Our Store Credit does not Expire
*If you receive an item that is damaged, you must contact us immediately. You can email us at atozcreations723@gmail.com
*All Sale Items are a FINAL SALE.
*Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you're not satisfied for any reason, simply send us an email and we will do our best to make you happy.
